Yes, we mainly make customized products. We develop and produce products according to the drawings or samples provided by customers.

We hardly have one. In addition to some domestic vehicle models with standard components, most of them are non-standard customization.

We have advanced gear processing equipment. The annual production is 800,000 pieces of precision gear. 

The company has more than 80 employees, including more than 10 professionals, and more than 10 engineers. 

First of all, we will have the corresponding inspection after each process. For the final product, we will do a complete inspection according to customer requirements and international standards; In the full process, we are totally compliant with the 16949 system certification.

Secondly, we have advanced and complete testing equipment in the industry:Germany Klingberg gear measuring instrument, roughness profile instrument, coordinate measuring instrument, spectrum analyzer, metallographic microscope, ultrasonic flaw detector, image measuring instrument, etc. The above equipment is fully ensured that we provide the customers with high-precision finished parts, while ensuring they can meet customs demand of physical and chemical properties of materials, non-destructive testing, high-precision geometric size testing and other comprehensive testing requirements.

Before we quote a price, we will confirm with you the method of transaction, whether FOB, CIF, CNF or otherwise. Before mass production, we generally require 50% of the payment in advance and then pay the balance before shipment. Usually our payment method is T/T and of course L/C is also acceptable.
